Spent the morning relaxing in Maui fashion....and Norm took me to Starbucks for a Valentines Iced Mocha.
Linda is hosting a pool party/BBQ at her clubhouse this afternoon. She's invited 10-12 people to share in the Valentine celebration. Unfortunately, Robert flew to Reno yesterday morning to meet with some tax clients and won't return until Tuesday morning. They exchanged gifts last night - Linda received a beautiful floral arrangement of Hawaiian flowers.
We went swimming and enjoyed a really nice BBQ tonight. Linda reserved the clubhouse for our use tonight from 3:30 - 7:30pm. We got to know her friends tonight - Caroline & Rick (who also live in Sun City in Roseville), Dee & Bob (Bob is a kayaker), Nancy (who also lives in Loomis and I met last year at the Crocker Festival), and Kay (who lives a couple of blocks away in the same house plan as Linda & Robert - she's been dealing with cancer).
